Batteries and wire leads are not included and are intended for demonstration.Make a simple power supply with 2 D Cell batteriesand two wires taped in configuration shown.3 to 5 VDC give the best results.You can also make a power supply from an old cell phone charger.The better you Clean or Prepare your part,the better your plating results.Wire Brush, Scotch Brite, Grinder Wheel Brush,all good metal cleaning devices.Pour small amount into container,Put negative wire on part to be plated,and positive on cotton brush lead.You can cut and roll up a piece of cloth for your brush.Dip brush in solution and make circular motionson desired plating surface.Many coats, Even coverage, Take your time.Re applying solution as needed for complete coverage.Follow up with Nickel plating solution if desired.This will give a chrome like finish when properly shined.
